Unikey Assist is a user-friendly application that helps software vendor to make troubleshooting at the client/customer side. It can also generate a report on the problem that occurs at the client side, and help software vendors to solve the problem.

Getting Started

1. Plug your Unikey to USB port.

2. Double-click Assist icon.

3. The Unikey Assist window will appear. Click Check to see the basic information about your Unikey device in the message box.

And if you want to see more information about your Unikey, you can click Advanced Info tag.

Next input the two passwords (the Factory default setting is 1234) respectively. Click Check then all the device’s information list will appear in the message box.

Click Copy enables you to save the detail information that you can past it in any document file. Click Exit to shut the Unikey Assist program.
