UniKey supports all version of MIPS IDE.
Libraries are under the UniKey SDK directory of
\UniKey_SDK\Libraries\MIPS.C
You can visit the following download page for the latest version UniKey SDK

The UniKey MIPS Libraries and samples are inside of it.
