<br>If the LED light on the UniToken device is continually on, it is recognised by the computer and should be functioning correctly.<br />

<br>If the LED light on the UniToken device is flashing, the UniToken device is not recognised by the computer. If this is the case, reconnect the UniToken device to a different USB port or computer and observe any changes. If unsuccessful, please contact SecuTech Technical Support.<br />

<br>The Unitoken Monitor is installed along with the PKI Package from the UniToken PRO SDK. If UniToken Monitor is installed but not already running, go to [Start], [All Programs], [SecuTech] and open the [UniToken Monitor] tool.<br />

<br>If the UniToken device is recognized and information about the device is listed, the device is functioning.<br />
<br />
<br>If no device is listed, the UniToken device isn’t recognized by the UniToken Monitor. If this is the case, repeat the above steps on a different computer and observe any changes. If unsuccessful, please contact SecuTech Technical Support.<br />
